Kindness and compassion are as natural for the mind as breathing is for the body. ~ Dr. Dan Siegel

In this presentation Dr. Dan Siegel, clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine, Co-Director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center, and a Garrison Institute trustee, speaks of his pioneering work in interpersonal neurobiology, which studies how the brain is influenced by interpersonal relationships.

In his view, the mind itself is both interpersonal and intrapersonal, profoundly connecting people neurologically, physiologically and socially. He called for an approach to “internal education” that teaches children to monitor both their own internal world and the interpersonal world.

This gal in the glass still has work to do. Things sure can change and move forward when you’re living each day with gusto! Each journey begins with a single step…

You do not see your spiritual self because the real you is hidden inside your physical body. Your Soul is the eternal you that is on a journey through the cosmos, discovering that you are illuminated with the same light energy as the stars.  ~ Dr Jeff Mullan

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine as children do. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same as we are liberated from our own fear. Our presence automatically liberates others.” ~ Coach Carter (6/9) Movie CLIP – Our Deepest Fear (2005) #NelsonMandella  (http://wp.me/p6LZBP-7s)

WEEK 9 | Divine Providence

I ask not the Divine Providence for more riches but for more wisdom to use and accept wisely the riches I received at birth in the form of the power to control and direct my mind to whatever ends I desire. ~ Expression of Gratitude created by Napoleon Hill

We are always capable of maintaining a sense of connection with others, and this noble inner brilliance of life is the manifestation of an empowerment that persists under any circumstance.  If my predominant mental attitude is one of power, courage, kindliness and sympathy, I shall find that my environment will reflect conditions in correspondence with these thoughts; if it is weak, critical, envious and destructive, I shall find my environment reflecting conditions corresponding to these thoughts… Thoughts are causes and conditions are effects. Herein is the explanation of the origin of both good and evil. Thought is creative and will automatically correlate with its object…

It used to be said that man is completely built over every seven years, but some scientists now declare that we build ourselves over entirely every eleven months; so we are really only eleven months old. If we build the defects back into our bodies year after year, we have no one to blame but ourselves. Mind is creative, and conditions, environment, and all experiences in life are the result of our habitual or predominant mental attitude….

The Law of Growth, what we think about grows, what we forget atrophies. Hold in mind a condition desired; affirm it as an already existing fact. By constant repetition it becomes a part of ourselves, The Law of Practice, as we begin to fully digest the Seven Day Mental Diet, The Law of Substitution,  we are actually changing ourselves; are making ourselves what we want to be.

I am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious and Happy!

Act is the blossom of thought, and conditions are the result of action, so that you constantly have in your possession the tools by which you will certainly and inevitably make or unmake yourself, and joy or suffering will be the reward…When you are enabled to make your vision clear and complete you will be enabled to enter into the spirit of a thing; it will become very real to you; you will be learning to concentrate and the process is the same, whether you are concentrating on health, a favorite flower, an ideal, a complicated business proposition or any other problem of life. ~ Charles Hannel

WEEK 1 | THE JOURNEY WITHIN

I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness because it shows me the stars. ~ Og Mandino
The journey within provides an enlightening life path that leads us from our doubts, fears, and past habitual behaviors in our relationship with self and others to a incredible place within us where healing begins along a spiritual path of recovery, a place where miracles happen.
“If we find wisdom in the world within, we shall have the understanding to discern the marvelous possibilities that are latent in this world within, and we shall be given the power to make these possibilities manifest in the world without.
As we become conscious of the wisdom in the world within, we mentally take possession of this wisdom, and by taking mental possession we come into actual possession of the power and wisdom necessary to bring into manifestation the essentials necessary for our most complete and harmonious development.
The world within is the practical world in which the men and women of power generate courage, hope, enthusiasm, confidence, trust and faith, by which they are given the fine intelligence to see the vision and the practical skill to make the vision real.
We who desire to accumulate riches, should remember the real leaders of world have been men who harnessed, and put into practical use, the intangible, unseen forces of unborn opportunity, and have converted those forces, [or impulses of thought], into sky-scrapers, cities, factories, airplanes, automobiles, and every form of convenience that makes life more pleasant.” ~ Charles Haanel
When we are walking in our purpose we can come to understand how with patience that there’s a time and a season for everything. Why not take the time and/or maybe even the money to pay it forward, if necessary, to do for someone else what you would want done for you? I’m very excited about the MasterKey/Master Mind Alliance (MKMMA) course and blogging is a requirement to maintain the Pay-It Forward scholarship I was fortunate enough to receive. A win for one is a win for all! #SustainableFuture

I am certainly blessed to be apart of this process to the Master Key experience which includes a progression of productive focused exercises transcending thoughts of our subconscious (subby) and our true heart’s desires. using exact language that depicts better images of the things that we would prefer to create.

Looking out and beyond, then looking within allows us to find all answers and manifest effortlessly, shedding  light on how to answer these vital questions and solve seemingly impossible dilemmas with the simplest of resources while becoming whole, healthy with a relaxed open mind with the power to persevere even uncertain times. Learning to embrace uncertainty is a life changing experience as we reveal timeless wisdom to come out fresh every single day. Mahalo!
